All programmes can be personalised to your needs, with sessions and components adapted to support your specific goals.

PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

A) Initial Deep-Dive Onboarding Consultation

B) 1 x 1:1 (45min) Personal Training Sessions Per Week (length & frequency of sessions can be increased)

Focus includes:

    • Detailed movement assessment to identify imbalances and underlying weaknesses.
    • Gradual strength rebuilding with controlled, progressive loading.
    • Joint stability and muscle activation to support the injured area.
    • Mobility and flexibility work to restore safe range of motion.
    • Pain-aware programming to prevent flare-ups and setbacks.
    • Core and postural strengthening to improve overall movement quality.
    • Confidence rebuilding through safe, measurable progression.
    • Education on recovery, load management and long-term injury prevention.
