PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

A) Initial Deep-Dive Onboarding Consultation

B) 1 x 1:1 (45min) Personal Training Sessions Per Week (length & frequency of sessions can be increased)

Focus includes:

    • Safe, progressive strength training to preserve and build muscle mass.
    • Balance and stability exercises to reduce fall risk.
    • Bone density–supportive weight-bearing movements.
    • Joint-friendly mobility work to reduce stiffness.
    • Functional strength for everyday tasks (lifting, carrying, stairs).
    • Core strengthening to support posture and spinal health.
    • Low-impact cardiovascular conditioning to support heart health.
    • Flexibility and coordination training to maintain movement confidence.
    • Energy and recovery management tailored to individual capacity.
    • Long-term health tracking and measurable progression.
