PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

A) Initial Deep-Dive Onboarding Consultation

B) 2 x 1:1 (45min) Personal Training Sessions Per Week (length & frequency of sessions can be increased)

Focus includes:

    • Full introduction to gym equipment and safe use of machines and free weights
    • Step-by-step technique coaching to build correct lifting form from the start.
    • Foundational strength training to prepare the body for independent workouts.
    • Confidence building in the weights and functional training areas.
    • Education on warm-ups, cool-downs and recovery basics.
    • Understanding how to structure a balanced workout (upper/lower/full body).
    • Guidance on setting realistic goals and tracking progress.
    • Support transitioning from guided sessions to independent training.
