Generic training programmes work. If you want an average body. But whoever grew up saying ‘When I grow up I want to be average?’ No one. That’s why at TRINITY no one gets anything less than an INDIVIDUAL training programme written, designed and structured for them and them only. Its a programme that’s as unique as you are. Whether that programme is one you do in the gym or one you can do at home we’ll write it based on your fitness level and physical health. But we don’t stop there. We coach you through every element of the programme before you start and once you’re confident to go it alone we set dates to check in with you, review your training, address challenges and ensure you’re on track to achieve your fitness dream.
