Since joining trinity, my diet and outlook on life has completely changed. Many negatives thoughts have been banished. My anxieties have been crushed, thanks to a planned diet and supplements. After 30 years, I have finally met someone and in my first ever relationship, which has been great!
I found making that first step into the gym world intimidating. The whole team at Trinity were so welcoming and have created a fantastic environment. At the beginning I had no idea what I was doing! I still laugh at my first burpee!! Pelegrina -my PT has a great coaching manner, and her enthusiasm is contagious.
What is BMI
The body mass index (BMI) is a measure that uses your height and weight to work out if your weight is healthy. Please note muscle is much denser than fat, so very muscular people, such as heavyweight boxers, weight trainers and athletes, may be a healthy weight even though their BMI is classed as obese.
