Exclusive 1-2-1 (or couples) sessions. Work with a specially assigned, highly qualified, skilled trainer or senior trainer and reap the benefits as they incorporate various training principles to take your fitness, flexibility and feel good factor to the next level. From yoga to Pilates, calisthenics to high intensity interval training right down to taking you out for a run we keep training interesting and varied and your mind and body engaged.

Semi-private PT sessions

If you want to lose pounds but…are a little short on £’s right now or if you need to boost your mental health but aren’t exactly basking in wealth – positive energy and exercise and a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have the cost a fortune. Our semi private PT sessions ( groups of 4 max) are the perfect, affordable way to get all the benefits of personal training, learn how to train your body, feed your body whilst mastering new physical skills. Skills stay with you for a LIFETIME. Cost aside, many people actually prefer to train with others transforming their fitness, health and wellbeing journey into a shared experience.
From improving strength, posture, overall fitness and weight management all our programmes are individually designed specific to each and every client’s needs & ability.
- 60 minute session – £30 per person
- 10 sessions – £200 per person
- 20 sessions – £360 per person

Continuous analysis of your health markers (eg body fat levels/visceral fat) regular fitness progression checks (eg testing resting heart rate/recovery levels) and weekly dietary monitoring and nutrition analysis
