How many people take diet beyond what goes on your plate? At Trinity one of many things that sets us apart is that every nutrition consultation starts with a FULL diet and lifestyle evaluation. Even if all you want is to lose a few pounds we look at every aspect of your lifestyle. How well are you sleeping? How is your mood? How is your gut health? ALL of these things affect your ability to train, your body’s ability to metabolise, recover and repair. At Trinity we work with you on a one- to- one basis and write a nutrition plan to your needs based on your fitness, health and wellbeing goals, the foods you like and your lifestyle.

Introduction to nutrition – 45 MIN DIET & LIFESTYLE ANALYSIS – £109
Before your diet and lifestyle analysis we ask you to keep a full 7- day food diary. On the day of your consultation we run a full analysis of your food diary and identify barriers that are stopping you from hitting your health and fitness goals. From that we create a meal- by- meal diet plan written specifically for you. The plan will recommend better food choices based on your training plan whilst incorporating foods you enjoy and taking any dietary restrictions or allergy’s into consideration. Along with your nutrition plan we set realistic achievable targets together ensuring you achieve what you set out to do.
PHASE ONE 12 WEEK PLAN – £350
Before your diet and lifestyle analysis we ask you to keep a full 7- day food diary. On the day of your 60 minute consultation we will run a full analysis of your food diary identifying barriers that are stopping you from hitting your health and fitness goals and measure your current bodystats.
Based on the information gathered we then write your nutrition plan to meet your specific health and fitness goals. Your nutrition plan will incorporate your training schedule and each day calculated to the calories you require based on your physical measurements. Your plan will be based on foods you like, and any dietary restrictions or allergies.
Check in points at week 4 and week 8 where bodystats are measured, enable you to measure your progress and have your your nutrition plan adjusted accordingly (as lean mass drops daily kcal requirements may go up or down).
Virtual food diary check ins occur every 14 days and changes made if meals or food choices are problematic or kcals need adjusting
Final consultation and body stats at week 12.
PHASE TWO 12 WEEK PLAN – £450
Before your diet and lifestyle analysis we ask you to keep a full 7- day food diary. On the day of your 60 minute consultation we will run a full analysis of your food diary identifying barriers that are stopping you from hitting your health and fitness goals and measure your current bodystats.
Based on the information gathered we then write your nutrition plan to meet your specific health and fitness goals. Your nutrition plan will be based on the foods you like, incorporate your training schedule and every meal broken down into the macors and calories you require day by day based on your physical measurements.
Check in points at week 4 and week 8 where bodystats are measured, enable you to measure your progress and have your nutrition plan adjusted accordingly (as lean mass drops daily macros may change and kcal requirements can go up or down).
Virtual food diary check ins every 14 days and changes made if meals or food choices are problematic or kcals need adjusting.
Final consultation and body stats at week 12.
