I have been a personal trainer for over 4 years and have been interested in fitness since I was 18 years old. Although it might appear like I had it figured out, that wasn’t always the case.

There was a time in my life where I was completely lost because I felt like I didn’t have a purpose and grew close to taking my own life. In experiencing this difficulty, I became unmotivated and overweight adding fuel to the fire. I share this story not as a negative topic but because I want others to know that I've been through a dark time in my life and was able to turn it around.

Since becoming a PT, I have made it my life's goal to help people become a better version of themselves and in turn I've become a better person myself because of it. 

My ultimate goal and dream is to build a chain of fitness studios that not only focuses on the physical aspect of fitness but tackles the mental struggles as well. I believe that is the driving factor to achieve any goal be it in fitness or in life.

I was never an athlete when I was young so I understand how much of a challenge fitness can be. We can’t make it easy, but we can make it happen. Let’s face the challenge by being smart and having fun.

Fitness has completely changed my life. The visible benefits of it are nothing compared to the ones I feel each and every day. The energy, confidence, focus and mental stability which I have gained is unbelievable.

I opened Trinity Fit to share my love of fitness and improve people's lives! I want to show that even small steps forward can lead to a massive change for the better.

London is one of the busiest cities in the world and the fast pace of living makes it so much harder for us to take good care of our needs which links to depression, loneliness and anger. Fitness helped me eliminate all the negative feelings with which I struggled with at a younger age.

My biggest dream is to impact people's lives the same way mine has been impacted by adding value and purpose to those who may be struggling.

Years of practice as a personal trainer has made me understand different physiological needs in depth and in different stages, younger people being more active and older people being less active. Every client is different, so is my approach to them.
I believe in empowering, training and pushing my clients beyond their comfort zone using a structured program that helps them execute their goals.
Weight loss, conditioning and toning can be easily applied with the right mindset, determination and developing the right set of skills. As we all have different lifestyles, we must focus on maintaining our physical ability which should never be neglected and improve muscular strength, mobility and endurance.

Combining all my knowledge of martial arts, yoga, bodybuilding and personal training has helped me develop a system that works for all of my clients. My approach helps my clients function better in any life situation and improve the longevity of results. You will become fitter
and more confident in your own body.

Coming from a sporting background, I have always enjoyed teaching, training & competing in different sporting environments. After graduating with a BSc in Sports Psychology, qualifying as a swimming teacher and having a natural competitive ability, I have found my passion in helping others reach their goals within fitness.

What I love most is changing people's mindset towards fitness and making it an enjoyable environment. With my enthusiasm and bubbly personality, I always bring a smile to the studio and have lots to offer from weight loss, strength training, muscle building and nutrition. I go above and beyond to help others, I am always here to help.

I know what it’s like, I have been at the start line before!


Physique and Lifestyle Coach

As well as a PT, Physique and Lifestyle Coach I'm also a          3 times British Ladies Physique finalist. 

Not bad for someone who at one point couldn't run to the end of their street and whose idea of breakfast was a bar of chocolate washed down can of coke followed by a cigarette.

Over the last 15 years my love of training and nutrition has transformed the way I live and I now dedicate my time sharing knowledge that changes not just a clients body but their whole way of life. 

Fitness and health goes way beyond the gym and that's what I help people focus on - looking closely at their diet and lifestyle and working with them helping them make small changes day by day that a make massive differences in the long term. Both physically and mentally. 

The training and nutrition knowledge I've gained over the years has transformed my life, my clients lives, maybe it's time I helped you change yours.
